Ordering-
All of our watches are authentic, brand new, and
first quality, we do not sell any refurbished
products. Watches come complete with gift box,
instructions, and warranty information.

Shipping- Standard shipping (normally
3-7 days) is free for purchases within the continental
U.S.!

Orders- Place your order securely
online using Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American
Express, PayPal, or Google Checkout. You can also
fax us your order using our fax
form, or call us toll free at 1-877-252-6786.
APO/FPO-
We accept APO/FPO orders, which are shipped via
the USPS. Some restrictions apply, please
email for details.
International
Orders- Place your order
securely online using Visa, Mastercard,
Discover, American
Express, or Google Checkout. Your order may be
subject to additional verification of
address.
If more information is needed, you will be contacted
by a customer service representative.
To expedite
order processing, please be available at the
phone number or email address you provided
so that we
are able to contact you. If our verification
department is unable to reach you, your
order may be delayed.
You can also fax us your order using our fax

Credit
cards and shipping addresses- A request
to ship to an address that is not the credit card
billing address may require additional verification.
To make verification easier, please contact your
card company (look for a toll free number on the
card) and add the desired address to your account.

Additional
payment options include money orders, cashiers
checks, and personal checks. To pay by check or
money order, select "checks and money orders"
on the checkout page. When checkout is complete
you will receive a confirmation email with an

Shipping-
Charges for shipping (if any) are calculated at
checkout after your address and zip code are entered.
Shipping methods include Free U.S.
ground (by DHL, UPS, USPS, or Fed Ex), USPS Priority
Mail, and International Global Express. All shipments
include insurance. Once approved, most orders ship
within one or two business days. International orders
may require additional time to verify credit card.
In all cases, we will always keep you updated
by email or phone regarding the status of your order.
If your shipment includes tracking information,
we will pass along a tracking number as soon as
it becomes available. If you have specific shipping
requirements please contact
us, we will do our best to accommodate you.
Exchanges
and Returns-
WatchMann.com
accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days of
your purchase when
the following conditions are met. Return
or exchange items must not be worn, or have any
links changed or protective plastic removed. All
returned watches must be in brand new condition
with all packaging, instructions, tags and other
items included.
Please
read below for steps to return or exchange.

Call us at 1-877-252-6786 (outside the U.S. call
1-517-443-5900), or email
us to obtain a return authorization
number within 30 days of your purchase
date. A return authorization number written
on the outside of the returned package
is required. Packages without an RMA number
will not be accepted.
*Pack
the watch and all contents well in the box it
came in, or an equally strong box for shipping.
Do not ship without an outer box, and do not use
any kind of envelope for shipping. Insurance claims
for improperly packaged items will not be honored.
WatchMann.com
is not responsible for any shipping damage because
of poorly packaged items.
*Ship
the watch to us with insurance for the amount
you paid, and make sure the package has a tracking
number and the RMA # written on it.

Once
we receive and approve your return, we will issue
a refund within five business days, in the same
form as you originally paid. If you return a watch
that was shipped for free, the original amount
saved by free shipping will be deducted from the
refund amount. Our shipping and insurance costs
are not included in any refund or credit unless
a return is due to our error. If exchanging, we
will email or call with your order status. Free
shipping is not available on exchange items. Please
note we do not charge a restocking
fee, and special orders (excluding
engraved items) are eligible for returns and exchanges.
Warranty-
All watches have a one, two, or three year warranty,
which will be noted in the watch description. Traser
H3 have additional warranty periods for illumination.
The warranty begins at the date of purchase and
covers all manufacturing defects, excluding the
band, glass, battery, and unauthorized non factory
repairs. The warranty does not cover damage to cases,
straps, bracelets, crystals, stems, or seals. Please
contact
us if you have any questions.
Security-
All credit card data is securely processed by PayPal/Verisign
using the most current industry standard encryption
technology. To verify security, check that the address
in the browser address bar begins with "https",
and look for the SSL padlock symbol in the browser
status bar.
Privacy-
WatchMann.com
respects your privacy and is committed to safeguarding
your personal information. Any information you submit
to us is used strictly to process your order, or
to subscribe to our newsletter. We will never disclose
any personal information to any third parties, unless
it is ordered by a court of law.
"Cookies"
are small files that are stored on your computer
and used by web sites to enhance browsing when you
visit. On this site, cookies are used only to allow
the shopping cart to function correctly.
